This chapel was built in 1712 by Father Michelangelo, thanks to the donations from the community of Pratiglione and some local families. It stands on a rocky hill, in a panoramic position. In 1905, it became the property of lawyer Aurelio De Andreis, who turned it into a family chapel, with the addition of an apse and an altar dedicated to St. Aloysius de Gonzaga. The statues were badly damaged by vandalism.
