This polygonal chapel, with an open gallery around the central body, was the last to be built in 1825, thanks to donations made by some families from Cuorgnè, and subsequently by the Peradotto brothers of Riborgo. At the beginning of the 20th century, a new decoration by Aluffo was added, while sculptor Barengo shaped the new group of plaster statues.
