The Resurrection
The chapel was built around 1622 and presents eight statues by Francesco Silva with Jesus standing in the center, suspended, bearing the triumphant banner of the cross. The painted scenes depict Heaven and the Apparitions of Jesus to the Virgin Mary, to Mary Magdalene and the Apostles. They are the work of Isidoro Bianchi, a collaborator of the Morazzone (1650-1654). He also painted the external frescoes, which represent David and Moses in a monochrome colour, and the Angel, placed at the top of the central window.
