The Veronica

The chapel was built in 1770. Its original backdrop, which had been frescoed by Paolo Ranieri from Cannobio, was replaced in 1957 with the current frescoes. The statues, dating back to the mid-1950s, were crafted by Vincenzo Demetz from Ortisei.
